Depending on your background, you may come to it as a Producer or as a Production Manager - what matters is that you have strong practical experience delivering complex, multi-element productions: in live events, theatre, permanent or temporary exhibitions, immersive experiences, or similar environments. You are organised, process-driven, and confident in managing production suppliers and vendors, timelines, and budgets across multiple projects simultaneously.

You have a working understanding of the production process from design development through pre-production, production, and into maintenance - and you know how to build the systems and documentation that allow global consistency without losing local agility.

You are a pragmatic, organised, and delivery-focused producer who takes pride in getting things done with speed and agility.
