These are not standard events. They involve large partners, new formats, and operational challenges that often require building solutions from scratch.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">In this role, you will work from early-stage definition to final execution, owning the full operational strategy of each project. You will not just execute — you will define how the event should be operated. This is a highly autonomous role for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and are comfortable building structure where none exists.</span></p> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What you'll do:</strong></span></h4> <h5><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>01. End-to-End Ownership of Complex Events</strong></span></h5> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own projects from early planning stages through execution</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure delivery meets both partner expectations and internal standards</span></li> </ul> <h5><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>02.
