This role serves as the primary V&V representative in the field, ensuring vehicles, software, maps, and supporting systems are validated and ready for safe, reliable, and efficient operation.</span><br><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced deployment environments. This individual will collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Fleet, Safety, Mapping, and Deployment teams to support vehicle launches, fleet growth, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">This role is onsite 5 days a week at our Santa Clara, CA or Fort Worth, TX office!</span></p> </div> <h3><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">What you'll do</span></h3> <h3><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Deployment Support</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Support autonomous truck deployments, fleet launches, and operational expansions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Execute deployment readiness assessments and validation activities prior to vehicles entering service.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Coordinate deployment schedules and testing activities with Operations, Fleet, and Engineering teams.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Support vehicle commissioning, acceptance testing, and operational handoff activities.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Provide both on-site and remote support during deployment and launch activities.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Verification & Validation</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Develop and execute test plans for vehicle, software, and system-level validation.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Perform route validation, map validation, regression testing, and release verification activities.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Verify vehicle configurations, calibrations, software versions, and deployment readiness.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Conduct post-deployment validation to ensure system performance meets operational expectations.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of field issues.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Data Analysis & Investigation</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Analyze vehicle logs, operational data, and test results to assess system performance and deployment readiness.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Investigate disengagements, anomalies, safety events, and operational issues using available diagnostic and visualization tools.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Perform root cause analysis and partner with engineering teams to identify and validate corrective actions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Track and report deployment metrics, validation results, fleet health indicators, and operational trends.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Develop reports, dashboards, and summaries to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Support data-driven decision making for release approvals, deployment readiness reviews,
