This leader will sit at the intersection of business development, alliance management, client delivery, and practice development, driving growth through AWS-centric solutions and strengthening our position within the AWS Partner Network (APN). </p> <p>This role requires executive-level leadership combined with deep AWS architecture expertise. The ideal candidate has a proven track record building AWS-based transformation programs, developing alliance relationships, and leading teams delivering modern cloud solutions that improve client business performance. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p> <p><strong>Business Development & AWS Alliance Growth</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Own and expand strategic relationships with AWS alliance stakeholders, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Solution Architects, and AWS leadership  </li> <li>Develop and execute AWS-focused go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned to priority industries and solution offerings  </li> <li>Identify, originate, and close new business opportunities through AWS co-sell motions and partner programs  </li> <li>Drive pipeline generation through AWS Marketplace, funding programs, competency initiatives, and joint marketing campaigns  </li> <li>Collaborate with internal sales and delivery leaders to maximize AWS-sourced opportunities  </li> </ul> <p><strong>Client Delivery & AWS Architecture Leadership </strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide executive oversight and technical leadership across AWS client engagements  </li> <li>Guide teams in designing highly available, resilient, secure, and scalable AWS environments  </li> <li>Work across WM technology disciplines to support cloud transformation initiatives including:   <ul> <li>Data center migrations  </li> <li>Application modernization  </li> <li>Cloud-native architecture  </li> <li>Platform engineering  </li> </ul> </li> <li>Oversee architecture and implementation of:   <ul> <li>AWS landing zones  </li> <li>Compute, network, and storage services </li> <li>Multi-account governance frameworks  </li> <li>Identity and security architectures  </li> </ul> </li> <li>Ensure adherence to AWS Well-Architected Framework principles  </li> <li>Support complex solution pursuits through architecture design, estimation, and delivery planning  </li> <li>Act as executive escalation point for delivery quality, client satisfaction, and engagement profitability  </li> </ul> <p><strong>Practice & People Development </strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and evolve AWS-focused offerings including:   <ul> <li>Cloud Migration  </li> <li>Platform Engineering  </li> <li>FinOps  </li> <li>Cloud Security  </li> </ul> </li> <li>Promote AWS architecture standards, reusable accelerators, and delivery methodologies  </li> <li>Recruit, mentor, and develop cloud architects and engineering leaders  </li> <li>Drive AWS certification growth and competency development across the practice  </li> <li>Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning  </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong> </p> <ul> <li>12+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or technology consulting leadership roles  </li> <li>Deep expertise designing and delivering solutions on AWS  </li> <li>Experience leading large-scale AWS migration and modernization programs  </li> <li>Strong knowledge of:   <ul> <li>Compute (EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS)  </li> <li>Networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect)  </li> <li>Storage (S3, EFS, FSx)  </li> <li>Security (IAM, Security Hub, GuardDuty)  </li> <li>Observability and operations  </li> </ul> </li> <li>Demonstrated success managing AWS alliance relationships and driving revenue growth through AWS partnerships  </li> <li>Experience navigating AWS Partner Network (APN) programs, competencies, and co-sell motions  </li> <li>Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills  </li> <li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, DevOps, and cloud governance frameworks  </li> <li>AWS certifications strongly preferred, including:   <ul> <li>AWS Solutions Architect Professional  </li> <li>AWS Advanced Networking Specialty  </li> <li>AWS Security Specialty  </li> </ul> </li> <li>Willingness to travel approximately 30–50%</li> <li>Hybrid Role: 1-2 days a week in
