We design integrated social solutions that combine deep disciplines like CRM, public relations and shopper marketing and are rooted in what drives behavior.</p> <h3>About the Role  </h3> <p>We are seeking for Associate Strategy Director to join our Social @ Ogilvy Hong Kong team. </p> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="none">What You’ll Do</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></h3> <p>As our Associate Strategy Director,  the responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Support the growth of the Social@Ogilvy business both in revenue and capability across the Ogilvy group</li> <li>Lead, grow and manage strategy for key regional and global accounts across social, content and creative</li> <li>Social and digital planning and strategy development</li> <li>Potential to support across local Hong Kong accounts</li> <li>Support the identification of opportunities to enhance our clients’ businesses and grow our own revenue through farming opportunities</li> <li>Manage direct and indirect team members, providing mentorship and guidance</li> <li>Actively contribute to the strategic capabilities of the Social@Ogilvy team</li> <li>Support the development, nurturing and influence of relationships across the Ogilvy Group to ensure growth across the business</li> <li>Contribute to thought leadership initiatives in APAC by developing and presenting our point of view on social, digital and other emerging technologies</li> </ul> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="none">What You’ll Need </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></h3> <p>In order to be successful in this role you must:</p> <ul> <li>Be fluent in English with strong copy editing skills</li> <li>Have a Bachelors degree or equivalent with a strong academic record</li> <li>Have 7+ years developing and executing social media programs & strategies in an agency environment OR in a digital agency environment</li> <li>Have a lucid point of view on how social media should be integrated into business process</li> <li>Have excellent communication skills – verbal and written</li> <li>Demonstrate potential for talent development and mentorship of junior team members</li> <li>Think critically and creatively, meaning the ability to think clearly and rationally, solve problems and develop new and useful possibilities</li> <li>Plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion</li> <li>Work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced work environment</li> <li>Collaborate with colleagues in different countries and appreciate cultural differences</li> <li>Be passionate about social media and word of mouth marketing</li> </ul> <p>Additional skills preferred, but not mandatory:</p> <ul> <li>Business level Cantonese or Mandarin</li> <li>Management experience</li> <li>Business development experience</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="none">How We’ll Support You</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></h3> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Ogilvy celebrates its people.
