Data license terms
These terms govern use of data delivered by the Praxy Jobs API, feeds, exports, datasets, and MCP server. Using an API key means you accept them. Last updated 2026-07-26.
1. What you get
A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, store, process, and display the data in your own products and analyses while your subscription is active. Factual fields (titles, companies, locations, salaries, dates, classifications, embeddings-derived metadata) carry no copyright restriction from us.
2. Description text
- Job description text remains the intellectual property of the posting employer. We license you our compilation, not the employer's copyright in the text itself.
- When you display description text, link to the original posting or apply URL and identify the hiring employer.
- Do not present description text as your own authored content.
3. Removal pass-through
When a posting is removed under our content-removal policy or expires, it appears in the expired feed and changes stream. You must remove or mark removed content in your systems within 7 days of the removal signal. Do not serve postings we have tombstoned.
4. Personal data
- The product is job-posting data, not people data. We do not sell recruiter or hiring-manager contact details, and we mask incidental personal emails and phone numbers in served text.
- Do not use the data to build contact lists of individuals or to attempt re-identification of masked contact details.
5. Fair dealing
- No reselling raw API access or systematic redistribution of the corpus as a competing dataset.
- No misrepresenting data provenance — every record carries its source; keep it attached where you republish.
- Rate limits, quotas, and the documented API contract apply.
6. Warranty & liability
The data is provided as-is, aggregated from public sources, with measured quality published on our trust page. We do not warrant that any posting is open, accurate, or lawful to act on, and our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Questions or enterprise terms (DPAs, custom licenses): admin@praxy.me. ATS and platform names identify public posting sources and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
